I transitioned into fashion merchandising with Arcadia Group and Richards, where I rose through the ranks from Allocator to Senior Merchandiser and Planning Controller. My move to Warner Bros Studio Stores offered a unique opportunity to contribute to a UK startup operation. As Trading Director, I led the buying, merchandising, and retail operations functions, bringing a commercially focused and customer-driven approach to the business.
