Caroline Curtis

With more than 25 years of experience in the fashion and retail sectors, my career began at Harrods as a trainee, progressing into management roles at prestigious retailers such as Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser. I transitioned into fashion merchandising with Arcadia Group and Richards, where I rose through the ranks from Allocator to Senior Merchandiser and Planning Controller. My move to Warner Bros Studio Stores offered a unique opportunity to contribute to a UK startup operation. As Trading Director, I led the buying, merchandising, and retail operations functions, bringing a commercially focused and customer-driven approach to the business.

Aa a dynamic and accomplished academic leader I have a proven track record in fashion business education, curriculum innovation, and industry consultancy. I bring strategic vision, commercial insight, and a collaborative leadership style to the development of high-impact academic programmes. Known for building and leading high-performing teams, driving new revenue streams, and forging meaningful industry partnerships, I am deeply committed to empowering students with the commercial intelligence and strategic capabilities essential for thriving in the competitive fashion industry.
