Julie Marsh

Julie Marsh is the research lead for the Arts, Communication, and Culture Research Community at the University of Westminster and an artist-filmmaker. Her research focuses on a collaborative and inclusive approach to arts-based inquiry, spanning both local and global contexts. In 2017, she developed the ‘site-integrity’ (S-I) research methodology, which investigates the intersection between real and representational space. This approach examines how technical machines can ‘perform’ social space through an ethically and culturally informed lens.
